Are your products brand new?

Yes, all of our furniture is 100% new and ready to begin its first life in your home. We do not sell any used or recycled furniture. Nabio is a specialized furniture brand.

What are your delivery times?

Most of our products are shipped within 2 to 10 business days, depending on availability and region.

Do the products require assembly?

Yes, our products are delivered unassembled. A clear assembly guide is included, and a YouTube video is also available. In addition, if you prefer, our assembly team can take care of it for you and save you time (service available at an additional cost).

Returns & Warranty

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

For now, we do not have physical locations. We focus our efforts on providing you with the best possible service online. This choice also allows us to reduce costs associated with physical stores and pass those savings directly on to you, while continuing to offer high-quality furniture at the best prices.
